Recipe - Tasmanian Summer Beach Fizz

This vibrant cocktail captures the essence of Tasmania’s coastal summer, with a refreshing and zesty profile that pairs beautifully with Howard's Gin’s citrus notes.



Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Howard’s Gin

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz bergamot or lemon myrtle simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water infused with bergamot or lemon myrtle)

  • Splash of soda water

  • Garnish: Finger lime pearls or a thin slice of bergamot






Instructions:

  1. Combine gin, lime juice, and bergamot simple syrup in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.

  4. Garnish with finger lime pearls or a slice of bergamot for a burst of color and flavor.
