This cocktail brings a warming, smoky flavor reminiscent of a Tasmanian winter evening by the campfire, blending earthy and wild notes to mirror the island’s untamed spirit.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Howard’s Gin

  • 0.5 oz ginger liqueur

  • 0.25 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water)

  • Splash of smoked tea or lapsang souchong tea (for a smoky note)

  • Garnish: Fresh sprig of rosemary (lightly singed)

Instructions:

  1. Combine gin, ginger liqueur, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with a single large ice cube.

  3. Add a splash of smoked tea for an earthy, campfire finish.

  4. Garnish with a lightly singed rosemary sprig for an aromatic, woodsy feel.

Notes: This cocktail is perfect for chilly nights, with the smoky tea and warm honey tones complementing the bold botanicals in Howard's Gin.
