Inspired by the family's journey and legacy, this martini captures the elegance and adventurous spirit of Howard’s Gin with Tasmanian botanicals at the forefront.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Howard’s Gin

  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth

  • 1 dash Tasmanian bush pepper bitters (or black peppercorn bitters if unavailable)

  • Garnish: Thin slice of finger lime or a twist of lemon myrtle zest

Instructions:

  1. Add gin and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until well-chilled, allowing the botanicals to meld.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a thin slice of finger lime or lemon myrtle zest to release its aromatic oils over the drink.

Notes: The Tasmanian bush pepper brings a subtle warmth, beautifully balanced by the crisp notes of Howard’s Gin.
