Inspired by the family's journey and legacy, this martini captures the elegance and adventurous spirit of Howard’s Gin with Tasmanian botanicals at the forefront.

Ingredients:
2 oz Howard’s Gin
0.5 oz dry vermouth
1 dash Tasmanian bush pepper bitters (or black peppercorn bitters if unavailable)
Garnish: Thin slice of finger lime or a twist of lemon myrtle zest
Instructions:
Add gin and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well-chilled, allowing the botanicals to meld.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of finger lime or lemon myrtle zest to release its aromatic oils over the drink.
Notes: The Tasmanian bush pepper brings a subtle warmth, beautifully balanced by the crisp notes of Howard’s Gin.
